Unlike traditional laminate, SPC flooring is fully waterproof. Laminate can swell and warp with moisture, whereas SPC maintains its structural integrity even in wet conditions.

SPC has a more rigid core and is generally quicker to install than LVT because it’s less sensitive to subfloor imperfections. SPC also offers greater indentation resistance compared to flexible vinyl.

Yes. thanks to its click-lock installation system, SPC flooring can often be installed over many existing hard floors (like tile or wood) provided the surface is flat, dry and level.
